BYRON BAY

Somewhere warm when Melbourne starts to get chilly!

I went a couple of months ago with my girlfriends and was dying to go back!

Recently we needed to shoot some content for you guys for Soda Shades, so Josh & our business partners went back to my favourite place to stay in Byron, Elements of Byron Bay.

The resort literally has everything you could ever want or need – we find it hard to leave! The buffet breakfast is a personal favourite of mine & then I tend to head to the gym followed by the Adults-Only pool which has the best pool-side taco van and swim up bar.

I love walking around the resort (extra steps of the day ;)) and finding the different hidden spots they have – like their beach club & private beach.

Tip: Stay in & go to the restaurant or order in. The pizza is YUM and they have gluten free bases.

As you know, I love to go out for brunch. Bayleaf is worth the wait as it’s always busy but so fresh & delicious.

I tend to hit up the local Organic Wholefood Market for snacks if I’m not in a cafe mood.

Byron is home to one of our favourite musicians, Nick Cunningham. You’ll often find him busking or playing at a local pub. If we’re headed to see him we try and get in early dinner & cocktails at Miss Margarita.
